BIG MOTION maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding disruptive behavior, illegal substance use, or any activity that compromises the safety of students and staff. We reserve the right to remove any individual from an event venue without a refund if they violate institutional or BIG MOTION safety policies.
Tickets are valid only for the specific event and date listed. Entry is subject to verification via our NFC or digital scanning systems. Duplicate or tampered tickets will be voided immediately.
While BIG MOTION assumes operational and financial risk for our events, we are not liable for personal property loss or minor injuries sustained during standard event participation. All attendees are encouraged to follow safety signage and instructions from security personnel.
